Common domestic pets such as dogs, cats and other household pets are welcome at Heron Pointe. Homeowners are allowed to have one (1) dog and may have up to (2) cats. (See Bylaws, Article 7.5 d.)
Pets are subject to local regulations, including licensing, inoculation, and leash laws.
Homeowners are expected to control their pet. No pet shall be permitted to cause or create a nuisance or unreasonably disturb or interfere with the peace, comfort, and repose of other owners must be curtailed.
Any damage caused by a pet to the Condominium or any part of the common areas will be the responsibility of the homeowner. Financial and all other responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused to any person associated with Heron Pointe at Johns Landing Condominiums will be solely that of the homeowner, who shall indemnify and hold harmless all others there from.
Solid waste must be properly removed from grounds.
Grounds for removal of the pet will be at the discretion of the Board after the 3rd notification of the violation.
